This is the index of recipes that have helped me and my family lose a lot of weight over 12 months. As you browse through the recipes, keep in mind that they are not designed to be anything other than healthy and flavorful. I’ve created these recipes to satisfy the hunger, the desire for flavor, and the need for weight loss. You will note there is very little reference to salt or sugar as ingredients in most of these recipes; those two additives creep into our daily diets in many hidden ways and by not adding them to my cooking (most of the time) my family is still getting too much of both. The salt and pepper shakers are on the table if anyone feels the need for more seasoning.
