Haddock, Stuffed

For all white, flaked fish species, we want to retain the moisture, not overpower it with flavorings, and not to overcook it.

1 Serving, 200 calories for 8 oz serving

8 oz haddock, washed and skin removed

thin slices mushrooms

1/4 cup spinach, chopped

Preheat over to 450 degrees.  Place mushrooms and spinach in baking dish and lay the fish on top, skin side down.  Bake for 10 minutes per 1 inch thickness of fillet.
