Haddock, Baked


For all white, flaked fish species, we want to retain the moisture, not overpower it with flavorings, and not to overcook it.

1 Serving, 200 calories for 8 oz serving

8 oz haddock, washed and skin removed

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.  Place fish in baking dish, uncovered.  Spritz olive oil on the top.  Bake for 10 minutes per 1 inch thickness of fillet.
