Haddock, Steamed


For all white, flaked fish species, we want to retain the moisture, not overpower it with flavorings, and not to overcook it.

1 Serving, 200 calories for 8 oz serving

8 oz haddock, washed and skin removed

parchment paper, enough to completely enclose the haddock

thin slices red and green bell peppers and/or zucchini

Place fish on the sheet of parchment.  Top with vegetables.  Seal the parchment.  Bake or steam for 10 minutes per 1 inch thickness of fillet.
