Corn, on the cob, Roasted

1 ear of corn, shucked

Preheat oven at 450 degrees.  Steam and remove from heat just before it is cooked through; it will finish cooking in the oven.  Place the vegetable in the Dutch oven or cooking pot (with cover) and add 3 to 4 spritzes of olive oil and sprinkle a pinch of sea salt.  Toss to cover all vegetable surfaces.  Cover and roast for 20 minutes.  Stir contents and continue roasting for 10 minutes.
