1 Medium to large carrot

Slice or dice the carrot and steam until done.

Toss in a small amount of smashed ginger and/or garlic for a different taste.

Try slicing and dicing the carrot in different thicknesses and angles.  Cutting matchsticks or long sticks is a great way for a variety of style.
