Onion Soup

4 Servings, 30 calories each

Ingredients:

8 cups water

2 large onions, sliced

1 tablespoon beef Better-Than-Bouillon

Method #1:  Add onions to skillet.  Cover and slowly brown at low temperature, turning every 5 minutes.  Transfer to pot of boiling water and bouillon.  Simmer covered until done – about 40 minutes.

Method #2: Add all ingredients to slow cooker set on low.  Done in 6 hours.
